YOUTH BOOT CAMPS
Why do so many teenagers lead a sedentary lifestyle? Is it because they are lazy? – as popular press would have us believe - or is it because no one has shown them a fun way to get fit and active? This is where youth boot camps come in.....
I have been working closely with youth groups in Poole to develop Youth Boot Camps from Sea Breeze Fitness and I believe I have found a programme that works!
Every session will target all the major muscles of your body!
- Every session will be different!
- Every session will be FUN!
- Every exercise will have variations to enable people of different fitness levels to exercise together and to allow you to progress!
- Exercise with like minded people – you all have the same goals and motivations! You all want to get fit!
