With my nutrition programmes you receive comprehensive dietary analysis, text and email support throughout and weekly advice on eating and maintaining a healthy diet.

I offer two nutrition programmes; the first is designed for those who are just starting out on a weight loss programme and involves detailed analysis of up to three food diaries each week, the second is for those who have started a weight loss programme but need support to maintain the momentum.

Here's some tips to get you started:-
• As the saying goes - An apple a day keeps the doctor away! A daily intake of 3 - 5 servings of fruits and vegetables is essential along with a balance of servings from the other food groups. Eat a colourful variety of fruits and vegetables.
• Always have a well-balanced breakfast. People who skip breakfast end up feeling hungry before lunchtime and compensate for this by overeating. Eating regular meals and nutritious snacks throughout the day will help curb hunger cravings..
• Avoid fad diets and those who promise 'miracle' results over a few days. For good health it is vital to choose foods that provide a balance. Do not eliminate any specific food group from a diet plan.
