Sea Breeze Fitness was started in January 2008 by Maggie Ayre with the aim of helping as many people as possible reach their health and fitness goals. Recently, due to increased demand, Maggie has taken on Lauren Bennett as an additional Personal Trainer.
This was not an easy decision as Maggie needed to ensure the high standards that make Sea Breeze Fitness the best Personal Training Company in Poole and Bournemouth, were maintained. However, she feels confident that Lauren shares the same ethos and values and possesses great skill and knowledge that can be built on over time to ensure we remain the best source of information for all things fat loss and fitness related. Providing an exceptional level of customer service remains a priority and all clients will be overseen by Maggie at all times.

MAGGIE AYRE BA(Hons)
As Poole's top back to fitness expert Maggie provides a complete coaching service above and beyond what you would receive from any other Personal Trainer.
Maggie was a member of the British Sailing Team at both youth and senior level for over 10 years and it passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their personal best. She has two young children and knows just how difficult it is to regain fitness after a break whether due to illness, injury or some other reason. She also knows and understands just how difficult it is to fit exercise into our busy lives.
Maggie qualified as a Personal Trainer with Future Fit in 2007. Since then she has gained additional qualifications in Core Stability, Boxercise, Applied Nutrition, Biotyping, Circuit Training amongst others. She has also completed various management courses.
Maggie is also qualified to teach exercise to children and has recently been working with youth clubs in Poole running fitness classes for teenage girls. She has written a book www.fitgirlzbootcamp.com.
INTRODUCING LAUREN......
Lauren has recently joined Sea Breeze Fitness. She qualified as a Personal Trainer with Premier International five years ago. She also has a diploma in Sports Science and spent a year training as a chiropractor. She has worked in large commercial gyms and one to one with clients. She has a particular interest in biomechanics and ensuring the body works well as a whole. She is very approachable and will listen to your needs and develop a training programme with you.
Lauren has a very sports orientated background. At 16 she made it to the national finals for 100m and Dorset relay team, she was also part of the Dorset Show Jumping team and played County standard hockey. She was asked to work on the launch of a new fitness product in 2007, she wrote all literature, training manuals and presented the workout DVD. She worked alongside many health and fitness professionals, and gained invaluable knowledge.
Lauren has also worked as a fitness model. She is extremely focused on maintaining her own fitness and nutrition, but loves to share her tips, advice and experiences. She enjoys training and helping others achieve their goals. Lauren embraces new health research and if it is useful to you she will apply new techniques to make training interesting and diverse.
Lauren will be working with many of our Personal Training clients but you may also meet her running one or two Gale Force Workout sessions.
