As Poole's top fitness expert Maggie provides a complete coaching service above and beyond what you would receive from any other Personal Trainer.

Maggie was a member of the British Sailing Team at both youth and senior level for over 10 years and it passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their personal best. She has two young children and knows just how difficult it is to regain fitness after a break whether due to illness, injury or some other reason. She also knows and understands just how difficult it is to fit exercise into our busy lives.

Maggie qualified as a Personal Trainer with Future Fit in 2007. Since then she has gained additional qualifications in Core Stability, Boxercise, Applied Nutrition, Biotyping, Circuit Training amongst others. She has also completed various management courses.

Fiona

Fiona qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Adviser with Premier International to pursue her dream to help others achieve goals in life through diet and fitness. She has a strong understanding and experience of chronic health conditions and is keen to show others that simple lifestyle changes can help manage any ailment. She feels very passionate about enjoying life and makes all exercise and nutrition plans fun, ensuring that all goals are met along the way.

She has since also obtained additional qualifications in Circuit Training and Medicine Ball Training and plans to continue learning new techniques regularly.

Her background has not always been in fitness. She mainly worked in Office Management but was always itching to get up and about to stay active. So her move firstly took her down the Nutrition route to gain a good foundation before then adding on the physical training.
