• Follow our nutrition plan for 28 days, train with your trainer on a one-to-one basis once a week and do at least three short exercise programmes on your own between sessions.
• Follow our nutrition plan, train with your trainer twice a week and do at least two short exercise programmes on your own between sessions.
• Follow our nutrition plan, train with your trainer three times a week and come along to our group training sessions twice a week too. With this option you will have a fully qualified Personal Trainer at your disposal at every exercise session you do to motivate and guide you!
