Qualified Personal Trainers at Sea Breeze Fitness, Poole have developed The Gale Force Workout Boot Camps an exercise programme you will love to stick to! The workout is suitable for all fitness levels. Sign up for 2 or 3 sessions per week:-

  • Every session will target all the major muscles of your body!
  • Every session will be different!
  • Every exercise will have variations to enable people of different fitness levels to exercise together and to allow you to progress!
  • Exercise with likeminded people – small group size means you will get to know each other and I can provide a personalised service!

You hire me to get results and I will work as personal trainer for every participant; including exercise selection, workout schedules, goal setting and nutrition advice. You don’t need to worry about designing the programme all you need to worry about is turning up, working hard and having fun!
