My training philosophy... fun, hard work, and
success!
Fitness
training and good nutrition are for everyone. We all know we should eat
more healthily and exercise more to give us a better quality of life.
Current fitness guidelines say we should exercise
for 30 minutes a day
5 days a week – how many of us can truthfully say we do that?
Current nutrition guidelines say we should eat
2000 calories a day,
made up from 60% carbohydrate, 25-30% fat and 10-15% protein on top of
this we should eat a full range of vitamins and minerals and drink
plenty of water – how many of us even know how to achieve this?
At
Sea Breeze Fitness I am committed to getting people fit, healthy and
eating well. I offer group training in the form of Boot Camps and
Personal Training. With both options I offer comprehensive nutritional
advice, I also offer a stand alone nutrition programme.
Boot Camps
We
train as a team. We succeed as a team. We will become healthier,
faster, fitter and we will be bursting with energy! In 6 short weeks we
will achieve what most people will never do in their whole life, and we
will have fun doing it!
The Gale Force Workout is
about having fun, and meeting people with like minded goals; together
you will drive each other to go further than you imagined possible. You
will have the benefits of a personal trainer, but in a group setting!
Personal Training
Many
people benefit from having their own personal trainer to help them stay
motivated and see real progress towards their fitness and sports goals
and a healthier lifestyle.
I provide one-to-one
personal training to people in the Bournemouth and Poole area. The
fitness training takes place in the client's own home or workplace.
Training may also take place outdoors in a local park or along the
seafront where power walking, jogging or running are required as part
of an individual's training programme (depending on the British
weather!).
Nutrition
Using
food diaries and dietary analysis I will provide advice and guidance to
help you eat a healthier diet. We will look at long term, maintainable
changes. These will not only make a huge difference to your shape and
size but also your health and energy levels.
